Hewlett Packard required a completely automated on-line registration system to collect, analyse and distribute data for an important conference. There was a tight deadline to work to as the conference was already organised and advertised. Emphasis was on clarity and ease of use and it was essential that the end product collected and released all the required information in one visit.

Redbear RM3 responded by designing, constructing and publishing a site in ten days that not only allowed delegates to register on-line, but also recorded their personal choices where required. This information was available to the organisers in both Database and Spreadsheet formats for instant use and response. It was also possible for them to edit the data on-line where necessary.
