DTW Ceramics
Limited have been in the tile business since 1996 and they know
everything there is to know about tiling and more! They supply both
retail and trade customers from their extensive premises in Portsmouth.
DTW wanted to add another dimension to their sales channels and
the web was the obvious choice.
Redbear have created a site that reinforces
DTW's identity and branding through its style, offers valuable information
in the form of FAQs, fact sheets and charts and provides the facility
for customers to view DTW's entire tile range, obtain a quote, order
samples or make an order. Through a Log-in area customers can also
claim credit against samples they have purchased when they make
an order through the system.
A content management system enables DTW
staff to add, edit or delete products, upload images and process
orders. Redbear advised DTW on all aspects of their new website
from domain purchase and hosting to security issues and search engine
submissions.
